Hello there are many private parking nearby but cost around 35€/day Or you can park in the blu line in the streets around 8€/day but difficult to find space until 6pm because many offices and banks so when people finish working easier

Exceptional
I can’t recommend this place enough. Pictures honestly don’t do it justice. It’s decorated beautifully. Stepping inside the building and then the Airbnb, my wife and I felt transported to a different time. In addition to the decor, the room is beautiful and clean, and the bathroom is spacious and very clean (with a beautiful bathtub.) There are small snacks and refreshments in the fridge in the room that are very reasonably priced (only 1 euro per item). And the location! Location is more ideal. Walking distance to the train station in one direction and to the trevi fountain and Spanish steps. There is also a really good pizza place (highly rated) right around the corner. And on top of all this, the host is very responsive! She would reply back to my messages not even a minute or two later, but right away! It was so nice. Overall, can not recommend this place enough!!! Already told all my family and friends about it!

Great
The location is great. Closed to Roma Termini (abt 1.1km), Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps... Easy to reach these destinations by bus (Bus no 910, 85, 64...) The room is cozy enough for the family and super clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I made the booking without breakfast, but the hotel offered my family a complimentary breakfast. It is safe to stay in the hotel because the US Embassy is just around the corner :)) Some guys with guns are always outside the hotel :P To enter the building and the hotel, just remember the security code. No room card. :D
The breakfast is enough but a bit simple. There are many steps to reach the hotel. It is only a problem for families with baby strollers like us. The receptionist is from 7 AM to 3 PM, so if you need any help, contact them during this time.

Friendly, so clean, beautiful room.
Clean and well presented
Only thing was the shower didn’t drain but the team noted it and I’m sure it will be dealt with. Also shower leaked a bit.
